We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with Bookgur within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• • Have used the service in good faith
• • Not have violated our Terms of Service
• • Provide a valid reason for the refund request

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• • Subscriptions older than 30 days
• • Usage-based charges (API calls, token usage)
• • Third-party fees (payment processing, taxes)
• • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require approval from our management team.

Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Cancellation vs Refund

Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. If you want a refund for the current period, you must explicitly request it.

Free Trial

Our free plan includes 3 books with no time limit. There are no charges to refund for free accounts. If you're on a free plan and experiencing issues, please contact support for assistance.
