If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. If you want a refund for the current period, you must explicitly request it.
